Case Study: Twin Flame
Client: Andre Fleuret, Musician, dreamed only of having a way to share his music he composed, played, and recorded decades ago with people around the world, particularly during difficult times. His music has been described as healing for many people. He only needed the most basic of website to fulfill his wish to give away the music that had grounded him so many years ago when he wrote it.
Together, we built a plan and then, after giving me his ideas and desires for his site, I went to work. I used the list he gave me and created his site. I built on his ideas and included his input at every step. The site came together, showcasing his CD cover artwork, navigating the visitor to listen or download his music, one song at a time, or the full work with one click.
Andre was thrilled with the end result, and has gotten much worthwhile and encouraging feedback from his visitors.
Time to completion: 2 weeks
Results: “The website is spreading out there more and more. So many locations around the world actually. We have been invited to appear on some podcasts.
We have had some requests from people that would like to give a support gift. I already have written out a passage to put on the site.
Thank you again for such a wonderful job building our site...many positive comments on the site itself.” - Andre Fleuret
Andre is now sharing his music across the globe and has even been prompted by his website’s visitors to add a donation link to the site.

Worth noting: my thoughts on AI
As a former pro photographer and freelance graphic designer, my work was created the old fashioned way, before the rise of AI, through a lot of hard work and copious hours spent in either the darkroom or, in later years, in the “digital darkroom” (the industry standard - Adobe Creative Suite). All of my work you see here on my portfolio page I created before AI was even in our lexicon.
The part worth noting, though, is not that I am adverse to AI. In fact, the more I explore it, the more I am intrigued by what its capacity and limitations are. I have only recently started to explore the possibilities. I believe that AI will have a place in the creative world, however, it will likely never replace the human being’s artistic creations - of all types. It cannot, because it does make errors and, more importantly, it does not possess a human soul.
I embrace the pursuit of learning how it will complement traditionally crafted creative work.
