Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I’m dedicated to building a final product you love. You may cancel your order at anytime up until your paperwork and first payment are completed.

Due to the custom nature of web design work and the dedicated hours involved, all payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Rather than relying on refunds, my approach centers on open communication and making agreed upon revisions all along the way. This process allows us to refine the design together, so the finished site fully meets your expectations.
